The Fine Print

By signing and submitting this entry, coaches, players, and their parents (or legal guardians) acknowledge that there are risks inherent with this tournament and its related activities.  Said individuals release Takoma Park Neighborhood Youth Soccer, the Takoma Park Recreation Department, and individual volunteer organizers from all causes of action, damages, suits, and demands whatsoever in law or in equity, including but not limited to risk of injury from playing in the tournament and the risk of loss of personal property by theft or otherwise.  Individuals acknowledge that event organizers or community newspapers may take photographs or motion pictures of them, and may use such likenesses in TV and other media, no matter by whom taken, for publicity, promotional, advertising, or commercial purposes, without the need to pay the photographic subjects any fee.
